Harding Classic Fabric
Harding is a large-scale hero pattern woven in solution-dyed all-weather acrylic. This design is named for In 1923, President Warren G. Harding and his wife, Florence, visited Oregon to dedicate a portion of the Old Oregon Trail. Chiefs of the local Cayuse and Umatilla tribes presented Mrs. Harding with a newly designed blanket that represented the First Lady’s sincere and forthright nature. Named the Harding Robe in 1926, it remains one of the most sought-after Native American-inspired patterns manufactured by our Mill today. Our Exclusive Pendleton Collection was born from the idea of bringing two heritage brands together, combining Pendleton Woolen Mills’ authentic and distinct aesthetic, with the enduring performance qualities of Sunbrella fabrics – easy-care, fade-proof, and bleach cleanable.
Did you know you can soak Sunbrella fabric in a bucket of bleach, and it won’t change its color? These fabrics will not run, stain, or fade…ever. To inquire about custom orders with this fabric, please call (405) 948-0018.
